摘 要:钻井液性能的优劣,与钻井速度、井身质量、井喷、井漏、卡钻事故的发生都有直接关系。在常规钻井和欠平衡钻井作业过程中,地层中的各类气体往往会侵入到钻井液中,造成钻井液密度降低、粘度升高、流动性变差。经过认真分析和现场实践,研制出真空除气器,一般只需要一次性处理即可除去混入钻井液中的气体,基本上可恢复钻井液原来的性能,从而保证正常钻井,大大提高了钻井速度。文章介绍了ZCQ2/3型真空除气器的工作原理、主要技术参数、结构特点及应用情况等。The quality of drilling fluid has direct affection on drilling speed, wellbore quality, blowout, lost circulation and bit freezing. During conventional drilling or UBD, a few sorts of stratum gas will intrude into the drilling fluid and make the drilling fluid density and fluidity descending, viscosity rising. Vaccum degassor can remove those intruding gas from slurry and recover its function with one process,thus ensure normal drilling process and the improve drilling speed, and have obtained the good economic efficiency and the social efficiency, it is proved that the equipment has a wide application prospect. This paper mainly introduced the working principle, technical parameters and structure character of ZCQ2/3 vaccum degassor.
