摘 要:多脉冲造缝与酸化联作是利用多脉冲造缝和酸化的各自优势,吸取两种解堵方法的优点,对裂缝面及其邻近地层进行酸化处理的综合技术。研究出了与多脉冲造缝技术相配套的耐高温缓速酸(HS-3)配方,性能评价试验结果表明具有水溶性好、较强的缓速性能、低腐蚀性等优点。经过12口井的现场应用表明,工艺成功率100%,施工井有效率90%以上,有效期较长,具有明显的增产增注效果,显示了很好的推广应用前景。The mechanism of multi-stage pulse fracturing and acidizing combined operation were analyzed and researched. The formulation of high temperature tolerance retardant acid (HS-3) was developed which was well matched with multi-stage pulse fracturing technology. Lots of performance evaluation tests proved that the retardant acid had the features of good water-solubility, low corrosion behaviour and so on. Through field application in 12 wells, results showed that the success ratio of technique is 100%, the usefulness is 90% and the period of validity is long. It has also brought well economic and social benefit. It was proved that the technique has good application prospects.
