摘　　要：根据《上海市防汛条例》规定,建设地铁、隧道、大型地下商场、大型地下停车场库等地下公共工程,应当进行防汛影响专项论证。文章针对某地下公共工程的建设,从施工期、运行期详细分析了该地下公共工程的防汛影响安全。According to Shanghai flood prevention byelaw, for construction of underground space development such as subway, tunnel and underground park etc, their influence on flood prevention should be demonstrated. This thesis aims at giving an example, detailed analysis of the underground construction influence on the flood prevention in Shanghai.
