摘　　要：目的探讨成人Still病的特点及护理对策。方法对13例成人Still病患者进行细致的观察并辅以心理护理和健康宣教。结果本组13例患者经积极治疗和护理，临床症状缓解，好转出院，随访无复发。结论成人Still病临床表现复杂多样，缺乏特异性诊断指标，容易漏诊、误诊。护士应当提高对此病的认识，密切观察病情，协助医生及早确诊，对患者提供心理支持，加强健康宣教，观察药物不良反应，减少并发症。Objective To study the proper nursing and monitoring methods for adult patients with Still＇s disease. Methods Careful monitoring and nursing cares were used for 13 adult patients with Still＇s disease, such as psychological nursing and related health education. Results All the patients with Still＇s disease were recovered after the careful monitoring and nursing. The clinical effects was satisfactory. Conclusion The representation of adult Still＇s disease are complicated and misdiagnose are usual. Nurses should careful and serious for patients with Still＇s disease, and then reinforce the heath education, psychological nursing and the monitoring of adverse effects to improve the quality of life for these patients.
