摘　　要：“当代新道家”的理论建构尚处于酝酿和准备阶段。文章在既有研究成果基础上,对诸如“当代新道家”的理论旨趣、“当代新道家”建立的必要性和可能性、“当代新道家”体系建构的努力和尝试、“当代新道家”基本概念的辨析等进行了相对独立和客观的评述,进而对“当代新道家”的研究提出两点展望。The academic constructing of contemporary neo-Taoism is still in a preliminary stage. On the base of former study fruits, the thesis appraises some aspects about contemporary neo-Taoism. They are academic purpose of contemporary neo-Taoism, the necessity and possibility of its constructing, efforts and attempts on the systematic constructing of contemporary neo-Taoism, differentiating the basic conception of contemporary neo-Taoism, and so on. It may make two expectations of contemporary neo-Taoism.
