摘　　要：人类创造了文化,同时,文化又陶冶和塑造了人类本身,新闻报道和新闻事实选择标准应该考虑人类所处的文化环境,根据不同的文化背景采访报道新闻,这样报道才能够真正适合受众的心理习惯和思维特征,为受众所接受,才能够真正实现新闻的价值。The humanity has created the culture, simultaneously, the culture influenced and has molded human itself, the reportage and the news fact choice standard should consider the humanity located the cultural environment, according to the different cultural context interview report news, reported like this only then could suit truly audience＇s psychological custom and the thought characteristic, for received the audiences to accept, only then could realize the news value truly.
