谈国际货运代理与国内货运代理的关系

摘　　要：借鉴其他国家的规定,结合中国立法的实际情况,明确提出货运代理包括国际货运代理和国内货运代理,分析国际货运代理和国内货运代理之间的区别和联系,指出将freight forwarder简单翻译为国际货运代理或货代是不合时宜的。This article tries to point out the relations and differences between an international freight forwarder and a domestic one in accordance with some Chinese regulations and rules with reference to laws of other countries. It insists that an appropriate Chinese interpretation of ＂Freight Forwarder＂ is not available.
