摘　　要：分析各国海上保险法不统一给海上保险业带来的不利影响,探讨传统国际私法途径和海上保险业自律方法的缺陷,指出海上保险法的国际协调是海上保险法历史发展的必然,并对海上保险法的国际协调运动的前景进行了展望。Based on the illustration of the concept of harmonization of marine insurance law, this paper identifies the obstacles created by the diversity of national laws in the area of marine insurance and examines the inadequacies of the traditional approaches of private international law and industry selfregulation. The author believes that harmonization is the destiny of marine insurance law and unfolds its prospects.
