摘　　要：研究了不同助剂(如粘合剂、交联剂)在不同工艺条件(如焙烘温度和时间)下,对涂料染色脱色的影响。结果表明,影响脱色的决定性因素是粘合剂和焙烘温度;粘合剂用量在50 g/L以上时,柔软型粘合剂FWT脱色较低,手感也较好;焙烘处理以160℃×25 min为宜。Pigment dyed fabric is normally washed for imitating second-hand effect. The decolored degree is related to dyeing conditions and color depth, This article mainly studies the influences of binder, crosslinker, curing temperature and time on the decolored drgree of the pigment dyeings. It is said that if the adhesive dosage demands above 50g/L, applying softening type adhesive FWT can impart the dyeings low decolorization and good handle, curing conditions are 160℃ for 10 minutes.
