摘 要:利用自制的含活性炭的腈氯纶纤维制备了羧酸型离子交换吸附纤维,研究了所制得的含活性炭的腈氯纶离子交换吸附纤维的性能,尤其是对L-精氨酸的吸附性能,考察了其静态、动态吸附情况。结果表明,静态饱和吸附量随精氨酸起始浓度的增加而增加,吸附率随精氨酸起始浓度的增加而降低,且遵循Freundlish等温吸附模式。所制得的纤维对精氨酸的动态吸附能力较强,吸附和解吸速率较快。Carboxylic ion-exchange fibers were prepared by AN-VDC fibers which were made in our laboratory containing activated carbon. The properties of ion-exchanging-adsorbing AN-VDC fibers containing activated carbon were investigated, especially to L-arginine, and the adsorption capacities of the static and dynamic state were analyzed. The experiment results showed that the amount of the static saturated adsorption of L-arginine on carboxylic ion exchange fibers increased with the increase of the concentration of L-arginine, but the absorption rate decreased, and followed the Freundlich model. The obtained fibers have excellent adsorption capability to L-arginine at dynamic state, and they adsorb and elute quickly.
