摘　　要：结合石油工业安全生产工作中遇到的实际情况和一起事故案例,阐述了标准化与安全生产管理的关系,分析了石油天然气管道储运行业安全生产标准化方面存在的不足,提出了对策。指出,要加快采用国际标准的步伐,构建、完善我国的油气管道技术标准体系。According to the practical situation and some accidents in the safe production of petroleum industry, the relationship be- tween the standardization and safe production management is accounted for, while the defects existing in the aspect of safe production standardization in oil natural gas pipeline storage and transport industry are analyzed, together with some suggestions of the counter measures. Finally, it is pointed out to speed up the adoption of international standards, to construct and perfect the standard system of our oil pipeline technology.
