摘 要:针对稠油高周期吞吐开发后期蒸汽热效率低的问题,研究出新型蒸汽增效剂及施工工艺,利用分解气体和表面活性剂的协同作用,可使非均质岩心驱油效率平均提高16.5%。采用井口多段塞注入和伴蒸汽滴注工艺,在河南油田、胜利油田和克拉玛依油田现场应用了120多口井,有效率达到92.5%。现场实践证明,新型蒸汽增效剂具有增加地层能量、提高蒸汽波及体积和驱油效率多重功效,能够显著提高热采井的产量,但对于高含水(大于85%)、存在严重汽窜的地层,还具有一定局限性。In view of the low efficiency of high circle stimulation in later period of heavy-oil development,a new steam a- gent with high efficiency and its construction technology have been developed.By means of the cooperation of de- composed gas and surfactant,the oil displacement effi- ciency of non-homogeneity core increased by 16.5% on the average.With multi-slug injection and attached steam instilment,this technology has been used in Henan,Shengli and Kelamayi oilfield for more than 120 wells and total efficient rate has reached 92.5%.Field tests prove that the new agent has the advantages on in- creasing the formation energy,improving both the injec- ting steam conformance and oil displacement.It obviously enhances the production of stimulation wells,but fails in wells with high water cut(>85%)and serious steam channeling.
