摘  要:分析观察测量失效的环模,磨料磨损是它的主要失效形式。在磨料磨损试验机上考察苜蓿草粉对环模材料3Cr13的摩擦磨损行为,用轮廓仪测量试样的体积损失,并利用扫描电镜对试样摩擦表面形貌进行观察研究。结果表明在软磨料磨损下,3Cr13磨损表面形貌呈现塑变磨损特征,并伴有一定程度的微观切削,因此,在一定硬度下,提高3Cr13的表面韧性是提高环模使用寿命的有效方法。To analyze, observe and survey the expired circular mould, the abrasive wearing is its main expiration form. Inspects the friction attrition behavior of alfalfa grass powder to circular mould material 3Cr13 on the abrasive wearing testing machine, with the talysurf to survey the test specimen volume loss , and conducts the observation research using the scanning electron microscope to friction surface appearance of the test specimen. The result indicated under the soft grinding compound attrition, the 3Cr13 attrition surface appearance presents the plastic deformation attrition characteristic, and is accompanied by certain degree of the microscopic cutting, therefore, under certain degree of hardness, enhances 3Cr13 the superficial toughness is the effective method of enhancing the circular mould service life.
