摘  要:串联补偿线路的保护一直都被认为是一个较难的问题。线路保护必须能够适应这些装置带来的变化。在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台上,建立了串联电容补偿和正序电压极化的欧姆继电器的详细模型,实现了电力系统与继电保护之间的闭环数字仿真,在此基础上分析了各种情况下串补电容对距离保护的保护范围、保护方向性以及测量电抗值的影响,深入探讨了导致这些影响的关键性因素,例如电容过电压保护、距离保护极化电压的记忆性等;并进一步提出了减小不利影响和提高保护可靠性的对策。Protection of systems with series compensated lines is considered to be one of the most difficult tasks. Transmission line protection needs to be adapted to the variations introduced by these devices. Based on the PSCAD/EMTDC platform, this paper establishes the detailed simulation model of the fixed series capacitor and memory^polarizes distance relay and then achieves closed-loolJ digital simulation of distance protection and compensated power system. The influence of series capacitor on the protection scope, directional characteristic and impedance measurement of the distance relay is analyzed under different operation situations. Some of the key factors that may lead to these influences are investigated, such as the over-voltage protection of the capacitor, the remembrance of polarized voltage. Furthermore, some countermeasures are proposed to improve the reliabilitly of distance protection at series-capacitor compensated lines.
