摘  要:为满足市场需求,提出基于3F技术(即综合FMEA、FTA和FRACAS三种技术)开展可靠性工程研究,以提高产品可靠性的思路。通过分析可靠性工程的发展及引入3F技术进行产品可靠性工程研究的优越性,重点阐述3F技术的应用思想和方法,并以实例分析其应用思想,最后探讨该技术的应用前景。For the purposes of meeting market demands, a new viewpoint that conduct the research on product reliability engineering based on 3F technology (namely synthesis of FMEA, I;TA and FRACAS technologies)to improve product reliability was proposed. The application thought and method of 3F technology was expounded with emphasis by analyzing the phylogeny of reliability engineering and the superiority of applying 3F technology to do research on product reliability engineering, moreover,an example was given to demonstrate the application thought and method. Last, the foreground of this technology was also discussed.
