摘　　要：台商大陆融资是海峡两岸金融合作的重要议题。台商大陆融资渠道存在困境,应改善两岸金融生态环境、拓展台商融资渠道、强化两岸金融合作机制等来优化两岸金融合作,化解台商融资困境。Taiwan Residents Businessman＇s financing in the mainland is an important topic of financial collaboration across the Taiwan Straits. This paper, based on the analysis of Taiwan Residents businessman＇s financing channels and difficulties in the mainland, puts forward such innovative assumptions as improving the financial ecological environment across the Taiwan Straits, exploiting more financing channels, and strengthening the mechanism for financial collaboration across the Taiwan Straits.
