试析“村官”职务犯罪成因及预防对策

摘　　要：村委会作为党和政府在农村中的基层组织,其主要干部肩负着密切党群、干群关系的作用,“村官”的职务犯罪必然会阻碍和制约农村工作的发展,而且还会严重影响党群、干群关系。充分认识“村官”职务犯罪的特点、成因以及犯罪预防,对于促进农村经济发展、构建和谐社会具有积极意义。As a grass - root＇ s organization the major link between Party members and of Party and government in the villages, villages＇ committee serves as that of the cadre and the mass. The functionary crimes of the village officials will hinder the Party development in the village, even the relation between cadres and the mass. So a clear and deep understanding of the characteristics, formation and the countermeasures of the crime will be of great significance to improve the rural economic development and to construct a harmonious society in China.
