摘　　要：教育部组织的高等学校教学评估导致图书采购经费的增加,而图书采购经费的大幅增长给高校图书馆采访工作带来了前所未有的巨大压力。如何能合理使用经费,使高校图书馆的藏书体系更为合理,从而更有效地为教学科研服务,文献采访工作者面临巨大的挑战。在传统图书采访模式的基础上,利用现代技术手段,可以构建出适应时代需求的新的采访模式。The universities＇ teaching assessment project that issued by the Ministry of Education increases the expenditure of the books, which poses a great pressure to the work of finding and collecting books in libraries. So how to make a rational and efficient use of the funds to build a reasonable library system and to effectively serve the teaching and researching in universities poses a big challenge to the library workers. A new pattern, i.e. on the basis of the traditional way, to use the modem technique to collect books in libraries is proposed in the paper.
