交叉反应蛋白、白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α与糖尿病肾病的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨CRP、IL-6、TNF-a与糖尿病肾病的关系。方法设立单纯糖尿病组(n=38)、早期糖尿病肾病组(n=37)、临床糖尿病肾病组(n=35)及对照组(非糖尿病组n=30),测定CRP、IL-6、TNF-a。结果糖尿病组较正常对照组CRP、IL-6、TNF-a明显升高(P<0.01)。早期糖尿病肾病组较单纯糖尿病组血浆CRP、IL-6和TNF-a升高(P<0.01);临床糖尿病肾病组CRP、IL-6和TNF-a较单纯糖尿病组明显升高(P<0.01);临床糖尿病肾病组CRP、IL-6和TNF-a较早期糖尿病肾病组升高(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病是一种微炎症反应性疾病,炎症因子CRP、IL-6和TNF-a在糖尿病肾病的发生、发展中起着重要作用。[Objective] To investigate the relationship between CRP, IL-6, TNF-α and diabetic nephropathy （DN）. [Methods] This study included four groups： diabetic group （n =38）, latent diabetic nephropathy group （n = 37）, overt diabetic nephropathy group （n =35） and normal control （non-diabetic group n =30）. The level of CRP, IL- 6, TNF-α were measured. [Results] The level of CRP, IL-6, TNF-α in diabetic group was higher than that in normal control （P 〈0.01）. The level of CRP, IL-6, TNF-α in latent diabetic nephropathy was higher than that in diabetic group. The level of CRP, IL-6, TNF-α in overt diabetic nephropathy group was significantly higher than that in diabetic group, （P 〈0.01）. And the level of CRP, IL-6, TNF-α in overt diabetic nephropathy group was higher than that in latent diabetic nephropathy group, （P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Subclinical inflammation probably exists in diabetic nephropathy, CRP, IL-6, TNF might play an important role in diabetic nephropathy.
