摘　　要：目的 研究蛋白酶激活受体-2（PAR-2）在结直肠癌中的蛋白表达和mRNA表达的水平,并探讨其临床价值.方法 采用免疫组织化学法、免疫荧光分析法和实时荧光定量PCR的方法,检测38例结直肠肿瘤患者的正常肠黏膜组织、癌旁组织和癌组织PAR-2的蛋白和mRNA的表达情况.结果 （1）PAR-2在结直肠正常肠黏膜、癌旁组织和癌组织中表达阳性率分别为25%、45%和85%;（2）PAR-2的表达强度的IOD值由弱到强依次为正常肠组织（681±101）、癌旁组织（6627±971）和癌组织（15861±2709）,三组间经方差分析差异有统计学意义（F=132.6,P＜0.05）;（3）PAR-2 mRNA在正常肠组织、癌旁组织和癌组织的表达水平分别为1.57±0.69、2.91±1.4和4.09±1.99,三组间的差异有统计学意义（F=9.688,P=0.00）;结论 PAR-2的表达在结直肠肿瘤中高表达;PAR-2的表达和结直肠肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关.Objective To investigate the relationship between PAR-2 and colorectal cancer. Methods Specimens were obtained from 38 patients with eolorectal cancer. Protein and mRNA expression of PAR-2 were determined by SP immunohistoehemistry, immunofluoreseenee, Western-blot and real-time PCR. Results The expression of PAR-2 significantly increased in eoloreetal cancer tissues as compared with tumor adjacent tissue and normal tissues of the healthy controls on mRNA level and protein level （ F = 9. 688, P =0. 00）. Conclusion There are overexpressions of PAR-2 in eoloreetal cancer, the expression of PAR-2 are closely correlated with the maliganant behaviors of eoloreetal cancer.
