摘  要:目的:观察小鼠脑中多肽:N-乙酰氨基半乳糖转移酶家族(polypeptide:N-acetylgalactosaminytransferase,pp-GalNAc-T)在五个不同生长阶段的表达差异。方法:采用RT-PCR方法从mRNA水平上研究ppGalNAc-T家族的表达,以管家基因β-actin为内对照进行半定量分析。结果:小鼠脑中T1,T2,T4,T6,T9,T10,T13,T14稳定表达,T3,T5,T7,T11,T12未检测到有表达;T1,T2,T4,T9,T14在各生长阶段表达都较高,T6,T10相对表达较低,而T13的表达变化较显著。结论:在小鼠脑的生长发育过程中ppGalNAc-T家族尤其是T13的表达有显著变化,提示ppGalNAc-T13在小鼠脑发育中有着重要作用。ppGalNAc-T家族在神经系统发育中所起的作用有待进一步深入研究。Objective: To obtain expressive discrepancy of ppGalNAc-T family in the brain of mouse at three different developmental stages. Methods: We used reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) to detect the mRNA expression of ppGalNAc-T family. For semi-quantitative analysis, β-actin was used as control. Results: The mRNA expression of T1 ,T2 ,T4 ,T6,T9,T10,T13 and T14 were steady in the brain of mouse. The expression ofT3 ,T5 ,T7 ,T11 ,T12 were not detected. The expressions of T13 varied significantly,while others' didn't vary during the five growth periods. Conclusion: The mRNA expression of ppGalNAc-T family varied in the process of growth in the brain of mouse, especially T13. The function of ppGalNAc-T family in the development of nervous system should be studied in the future.
