摘　　要：利用鱼刺图对影响热镀锌钢丝椭圆度的因素进行分析,找出主要因素,并采取相应的控制措施;运用X-R控制图和过程能力指数等方法对采取相应质量控制措施后所生产钢丝的椭圆度进行统计分析和验证,实现动态控制。By means of fish bone figure to analyze the factors affecting ellipticity of hot galvanizing steel wire, main factors are found out, and corresponding control measures are taken. Using X - R control figure and course capability index to count, analyze and validate the ellipticity of steel wire made after taking corresponding quality control measures, the dynamic control is realized.
