摘  要:目的:探讨应用血液灌流(HP)治疗儿童毒鼠强(TET)中毒血液中毒鼠强的毒物浓度监测。方法:应用HP治疗6例TET中毒的重症患儿;气相色谱(GC)法检测TET血中浓度。结果:TET中毒的重度患儿在HP治疗阶段与非HP治疗阶段,TET的代谢消除半衰期(t1/2)分别为(3.86±0.89)h(n=9,范围2.25~5.27h)和(90.19±92.21)h(n=5,范围35.40~253.39h)。结论:HP能安全、有效地治疗TET儿童中毒。TET中毒患儿在HP治疗时的t1/2明显变小,表明HP能加快TET从患儿体内排泄的速度。Objective:To determine the serum concentration of tetramine (TET) poisoning in children with hemoperfusion (HP). Methods: The 6 cases were treated by he moporfusion. The concentrations of TET in plasma were determined by gas chromatography method (GC). Results: The values of t1/2 of TET at hemoperfusion stages and no - hemoporfusion phases were (3.86 ± 0.89)h ( n = 9) and (90.19 ± 92.21 )h ( n = 5), respectively. Conclusions: The HP was safe and effective for treating TET poisoning in children. The results show that the t1/2 of TET has been remarkable decreased during hemoperfusion stages. The TET concentration - time curves show that the hemoperfusion could enhance the elimination of TET.
