摘　　要：针对智能运输的发展及其在物流系统中的应用,提出基于3G(GPS、GSM、GIS)的货物动态跟踪管理系统的思想,并在分析系统的技术原理后,建立货物动态跟踪系统监控中心软件的体系结构、拓扑结构、模块组成和开发模式。According to the developments of ITS and its application in logistics, an idea of goods dynamic tracing and management system which is based on 3G（GPS,GIS,GSM） is got, and the architecture, topological structure, modular and development module of goods dynamic tracing system＇s monitoring center are established after analysis system＇s technical principle.
