摘  要:对湛江奥里油发电厂600MW机组汽轮机数字电液控制系统(DEH)进行切换时汽轮机转速波动大的原因进行了分析。分析认为阀门切换过程汽机转速波动大的原因是主汽门(TV)与高压调门(GV)的开启和关闭速率配合不好造成的。为此,采用改进控制逻辑的方法来解决转速波动大的问题。结果是在机组的各次起动中,汽轮机转速在DEH进行阀门切换过程中非常稳定,转速波动不超过5r/min,满足了DEH汽轮机转速控制的要求。The excessive steam turbine speed fluctuation during valve conversion by digital electro-hydraulic control system (DEH) in a 600 MW generation unit of Zhanjiang Orimulsion Power Plant is analyzed in this paper. It is concluded that the problem was caused by the poor coordination of opening and closing speeds of throttle steam valve(TV) and governor valve (GV), The excessive fluctuation of steam turbine speed has conversion by DEH in start-ups of the unit, the turbine speed been removed by improving the control logic. During valve is stable with fluctuation not greater than 5 r/min, satisfying the requirement of DEH turbine speed control.
