摘　　要：木素作为造纸工业的副产品是可以大量得到的廉价胶粘剂原料。本文概述了利用造纸液替代４０％苯酚合成ＳＳＬ－４０酚醛树脂胶粘剂的机理，并压制了Ⅰ类胶合板。探讨了废液浓度、助剂加量、酚醛树脂摩尔比、缩合度、热压条件等对胶液粘度、稳定性、胶合质量的影响。结果表明，所压制的Ⅰ类胶合板质量达到标准要求，并可大幅度降低成本和挥发酚含量。Lignin is a cheap material for adhesive which is available as a kind of by-product in papermaking. Inthis paper, the authors developed the mechanism of synthesizing SSL-40 PF adhesive by using the waste Li-uqid of papermaking instead of 40 % additive phenol and also the influences of the condensating degree, morerrate, the condition of press to viscosity stability and gluring quality, The results indicate the quality of the firstclass polywcod made of the adhesiue has been reached the national standard and the adhesive will reduce thecost and the amount of volatile Phenol.
