落叶松毛虫CPV感染落叶松毛虫的组织病理学研究

摘　　要：观察并研究了在黑龙江大兴安岭地区首次发现、分离的落叶松毛虫ＣＰＶ的组织病理学和病毒超微结构。感染幼虫早期症状不甚明显，末期大多数肛门粘有串状白绿色粪便。病变只发生于中肠，中肠肿大、变粗，呈乳白色。感染后７２ｈ．中肠上皮细胞质中开始形成多角体；１１４ｈ，中肠上皮细胞质中出现无数空洞；１４４ｈ，中肠上皮细胞质中出现大量多角体，ＤｓＣＰＶ多角体在ＳＥＭＴ呈六角形、球形和多边形，并以多边形为主，大小为０．６３μｍ×１．６μｍ～１５．７μｍ×１．０２μｍ。病毒粒子为球形二十面体，表面有１２根管状突起，粒子大小为１６．０～５８．１ｎｍ。The research of histopathology and viruses super micrcaqtracture of DsCPV that isolated and foundfirst in Daxing,an mountains area of Heilongjiang was main reported in this paper.The early symptoms of in-fected larvae by DsCPV were not clear,but string of white and green stool can be seen on anus at the laststage.Pathological changes occured after 114 h.A great amount of polyhedron were formed in larvae midgutepithelial cell after 144 h.DsCPV was hexagon,spherical and polygon in SEM,the polygon is the most.sizeswas 0.63μm×1.60μm～1.57μm×1.02μm,Virion was spherical twenty surfaces body,12 projections onthe surfaces.The size of virion was 16-58.1nm;We can know that DsCPV was of a high toxicity and high ef-fectiveness of the insecticide from study。
