摘　　要：[目的]评估艾滋病健康教育对师范大学生开展的有效性。[方法]整群抽样,问卷调查1月后,对渭南某师范大学学生讲解幻灯,播放艾滋病卫生部医学视听教材,发放宣传手册,1月后再次调查。[结果]教育后,艾滋病一般知识问题答对率均比教育前有显著提高,对艾滋患者及艾滋病感染者的正面态度显著增多,由67.2%增至80.4%,教育后81.2%的学生不同意婚前性行为,相比教育前40.8%明显增多。[结论]艾滋病健康教育非常有效促进师范大学生对艾滋病的知行观,并增强性行为保护意识,应该大力普及推广。[Objective] To investigate the efficacy of AIDS health education on students and to provide AIDS prevention education on students in Normal Universities. [Methods] AIDS health education and a professional VCD were given to some of the first grade college students in Weinan Normal University selected by random cluster sampling. Before and after the education, two separated surveys were conducted. [ Results ] After the education, the correct answer rates of most of the questions significantly increased, especially the questions about HIV transmission routes. Their attitude to the HIV/AIDS patients and sex improved greatly, and there were more students opposing the negative attitude. [ Conclusion] The health education of AIDS is a very effective and feasible way to reduce the transmission of HIV in the society, and should be improved strongly and broadly.
