影响乡镇防保站工作绩效的多因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨乡镇防保站工作绩效的影响因素,为卫生行政部门制定政策提供科学依据。[方法]采用流行病学调查普查方法进行研究,用多元线性回归分析模型进行多因素分析。[结果]乡镇防保站工作效果的影响因素主要是乡镇经济状况、乡镇到县城的距离、当年防保创收、乡镇防保人员人数、乡镇总面积、无职称人数等因素。影响强度依次为:乡镇经济状况﹥当年防保创收﹥乡镇总面积﹥无职称人数﹥乡镇防保人员人数﹥乡镇到县城的距离。[结论]在加强乡镇防保站建设中,应将乡镇、尤其是偏远乡镇疾病预防控制工作的卫生筹资放在首位,其次是加强乡镇疾病预防控制网络人才队伍建设。[Objective] To investignte the relationship between factors and job performance in epidemic prevention stations in townships and provide scientfic evidences for the gorernment＇s decision making.[Methods]Epidemic investigate redearcha and logitin regression were applied in the study to conduct multivariate analyais.[Results]The results of logistic regression analyss showed that job performance in epidemic prevention stations in townships was related to six factors;economy ,distance from township to country,income from prevetion and bealth care,the number of prevention personnels,total area ,and the number of prevention personnals without professional title.The influncing intensity was;economy〉income from prevention and health care〉total area 〉the number of prevention personnals sithout professional title〉the number of prevention personnels〉distance from township to country.[Conclusion]The health financing is of most importance to improve the construction of epidemic prevention stations in towmships.Furthremore,we must pay attention to the construction of talents for disease prevention and control.
