摘　　要：[目的]了解甘肃省国扶县中学生艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为现状,探索有效的健康教育模式。[方法]在全省43个国扶县随机抽取中学生377名,采用匿名问卷的方法进行调查。[结果]中学生艾滋病基础知识的知晓率为33.4%,高中生高于初中生;艾滋病传播途径知晓很低,能够正确区分传播途径与非传播途径的仅占15.7%;20%的中学生对中学生性行为持包容态度。[结论]应全方位、多渠道的加强中学生艾滋病健康教育。[ Objective] To understand the knowledge, attitude and behavior related to AIDS among middle and high school students in poor rural areas of Gansu province, and find out the effective health education model for them. [Methods] A KAP anonymous questionnaire investigation was conducted in 377 middle school students in poor areas of Gansu province by random sampling. [Results] The rate of correct answers to basic AIDS knowledge was 33.4%, and it was higher in high school students than middle school students. The rate of correct answers to HIV transmission routes was low, and only 15.7% of the responders could distinguish transmission routes from non-transmission routes. 20% of the responders could forgive sex behavior in middle/high school students. [Conclusion] AIDS related health education for middle school students should be carried out and strengthened urgently through all azimuths and channels.
