摘　　要：我国桑树资源丰富,全国各地都有栽培．本文对桑树的果、叶、根、枝在医药、食品、化工、畜牧业等方面综合利用进行了综述,为桑树资源将来进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。Mulberry is rich in our country and It have cultivated Throughout the country. This paper reviewed the research reports on comprehensive utilization of fruit, leaf, root and stemof mulberry in medicine, food, chemical industry, stockbreeding and, so on. The basic theory of science is provided for future research and development on mulberry resources.
