摘  要:以单叶省藤萌蘖芽为外植体进行组织培养,在完善外植体采集技术、消毒技术及防褐变技术基础上,用改良MS+6-BA 8mg/L+IBA 1mg/L+2,4-D 0.75mg/L+抗坏血酸10mg/L+半胱氨酸2mg/L培养基诱导芽分化,MS+NAA1mg/L+IBA 2mg/L培养基诱导根分化,改良MS+6-BA 4mg/L+IBA 0.5mg/L+2,4-D0.4mg/L+活性炭0.2g/L培养基诱导花芽分化,实现了单叶省藤萌蘖芽的组培快繁,并在试管内开花。本研究不仅为单叶省藤的良种快繁奠定了基础,也为深入研究外界条件对单叶省藤性别分化的调控提供了一个简便的实验体系。This study deals with the tissue culture method of sucker explant from Calamus simplicifolius. The technique of collection, sterilization and anti - browning of sucker explant were perfected. Modified MS medium with 6 - BA 8mg/L + IBA lmg/L + 2, 4 - D 0. 75mg/L + vitamin C 10mg/L + cysteine 2mg/L induced multiple shoots. Roots were formed on modified MS medium containing NAAlmg/L + IBA 2mg/L. And modified MS medium with 6 - BA 4mg/L + IBA0. 5mg/L + 2, 4 - D 0. 4mg/L + active carbon 0. 2g/L induced flowering. This research was very useful for clonal selection and propagation. The result also gave a clue for application of flowering of Calamus simplicifolius, in vitro and developed system for studying physiological mechanism of sex differentiation.
