摘　　要：介绍了应用面向对象程序设计语言Visual Basic 6.0和地理信息系统软件MapInfo及其控件MapX开发黑龙江省森工林区野生动物资源、湿地及保护区地理信息管理系统的总体思想和技术路线,详细阐述了系统的结构和功能。该系统对资源管理部门提高野生动物资源、湿地资源及自然保护区管理水平有着重要意义。This paper introduces general idea and technology route of the Geographic Information Management System that have been developed by applying Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, MapInfo and GIS Active X Map X, detailedly explained the structure and function of the system. The system plays a key role in improving the level of management on wild life animal resource, wetland resource, nature reserve by resource management departments.
