摘　　要：简要介绍了2006年国际管道会议的情况。重点介绍近4年来国外X80、X100、X120钢级的研究开发、生产、建设的进展情况以及目前存在的问题。针对完整性管理、高温轧制工艺(HTP)、高钢级管线钢的韧性止裂、基于应变的设计以及抗大变形钢的开发等做了概括性论述。对国内高钢级管线钢及钢管的研发、管道工程应用以及管道完整性管理等方面的工作提出了建设性的意见。Mainly based on IPC 2006,this paper briefly introduces the development of research,production and construction of X80,X100 and X120 steel grade in the past 4 years outside China,and also about the problems to be solved.Furthermore,it also gives some summary about the integrity management,HTP rolling procedure,ductile fracture arrest of high grade steel,strain-based design,and development of high deformability steel.Finally,the author gives some suggestions about domestic pipeline projects.
