摘 要:研究在不完全信息、多指标条件下,利用个体决策结果形成群体一致偏好的方法.在大多数情况下,群体决策成员只可能给出决策的不完全信息,从个体的偏好结果形成群体一致排序需要求解一组线性规划.群体成员对方案成对辨优的结果,提供了一个方案优于其它方案的偏好强度信息.偏好集结过程考虑了决策成员的偏好净强度和决策成员权重信息不完全的情况.最后,给出一个投资决策的案例说明群体决策方法的实际应用.该集结方法能够平衡决策时间、决策质量和决策者负担三方面要求.This paper proposes a new procedure for the solution of multiple criteria group decision making with incomplete information. Usually individual decision makers are able to provide only incomplete information. Group consensus ranking toward more agreement of participants can be built through solving a series of linear programming. Individual optimization results by pairwise dominance, contain useful information in forming consensus about preference intensity of an alternative over the others. We suggest a procedure that takes account of individual decision maker net strength of preference. We also consider the case where importance weights are given incompletely. Finally, a numerical example for investing decision problem is used to illustrate the use of the proposed approach. Our procedure can handle this tradeoff among the time, the quality of group decision making and the burden of group members.
