摘　　要：在冲裁断裂的数值模拟中,只有先确定了材料的断裂系数才能确定工件裂纹的产生和发展的状态。本文在选定断裂准则后采用刚塑性有限元法,根据实验的结果与数值模拟相结合来求断裂系数。并通过实验证明,求得的断裂系数可信。One key point in numerical simulation of blanking is to determine the fracture initiation and propagation.This process can only be done after the determination of the fracture criteria.In this article the author adopts a method combined with experiment and numerical simulation to decide the fracture criteria with a rigid-plastic finite model,and the method is verified by experiment.
