摘　　要：本文介绍了西门子变频器的数字量控制和模拟量控制的两种方法,通过在大型轴承内外滚道超精机的应用,详细说明了采用变频器的数字量控制工件轴电机转速和采用变频器的模拟量控制振荡电机转速的使用方法及实际效果。This paper has introduced two methods of digital control and analog control of the SIEMENS frequency converter,through the application in large scale bearing internal and external raceway exceeds grinding machine,and introduced in detail the two method and actual effect that controls workpiece axle generator rotational speed with the digital control of frequency converter and controls vibration generator rotational speed with analog control of frequency converter.
