摘　　要：探讨图书馆引入第二代知识管理、加强人文关怀的必要性,强调现代图书馆管理应以第二代知识管理为基石,并从管理核心、管理出发点、管理模式、管理策略四个方面重塑了图书馆管理制度。The article discusses the necessity to incorporate SGKM into libraries and strengthen the humanistic solicitude. Based on SGKM, the article redesigns the system of library management from the following four aspects： management core, management starting point, management model, management tactics.
