克服麝香百合受精前后障碍方法的初步研究

摘　　要：分别采用重复授粉和切割花柱授粉两种方法克服麝香百合(Snow Queen)的受精前障碍;心皮培养,子房横切片培养,胚培养三种方法克服其受精后障碍。研究表明:切割花柱授粉和胚培养是克服其受精前、后障碍较为有效的方法。Pre-crossing barriers of lilium longiflorum （Snow Queen） was prevented by the methods of cutstyle pollination or reduplicate pollination. Carpel culture, ovary slice culture and embryo culture were used to prevent post-crossing barriers. We compare the different methods and the results showed that precrossing and post-crossing barriers were prevented by the methods of cut-style pollination and embryo culture respectively.
