摘  要:研究了竹炭改性涤纶纤维的结构、性能特点,采用该纤维开发功能型毛精纺面料的关键技术难点,与羊毛混纺精纺面料的吸水速干性、除异味性能以及发射负离子等功能。所开发的30%竹炭涤纶/70%羊毛、50%竹炭涤纶/50%羊毛混纺精纺面料产品内在质量达到FZ/T24008—1998《精梳高支轻薄型毛织品》一等品标准,抗起球性能好,达到4~5级。30%竹炭涤纶/70%羊毛精纺毛织物具有吸水快干、发射负离子的功能;50%竹炭涤纶/50%羊毛精纺织物还具有除异戊酸异味的功能。In this paper, the following aspects of PET staple modified with bamboo charcoal micro-partlcle (modified PET) are investigated: (1) the characteristic structures and properties; (2) the key processes of applying it to develop functional wool worsted fabric; (3) testing of some functional properties, including absorbance of water, absorbance of stink and emission of negative ions, of blended worsted fabric with wool and this kind of fiber. Two kinds of worsted fabrics developed by the group, 30% modified PET/70% wool and 50% modified PET / 50% wool, are qualified to the standard "worsted high counts light-weight fabrics" and their anti-pilling properties reach to 4 ~ 5 grade. 30% modified PET / 70% wool worsted fabric has better property of absorbing water and can emit negative ions. 50% modified PET / 50% wool worsted fabric has the function of absorbing stink.
