摘　　要：文章阐述了开发棉、羊绒混纺纱的意义,以及在粗梳毛纺设备上纺制棉绒混纺纱存在的问题。针对棉纤维细度细、柔软、弹性差,易产生棉结的问题,在原料选用上采用了优质长绒棉和山羊绒。经过多次实验,科学、合理的制定出了各工序的主要工艺参数,并对纺纱过程中存在的技术难点——棉结问题提出了解决方案,保证混纺纱的顺利生产及成纱质量的稳定。This article elaborated the reasons of developing blended yam with chashmere and sea island cotton and the existence questions of spinning yam on woolen-system. In view of the cotton fiber is fineness thin, soft, elasticity worse, easy to produce the neps,it seleted the high quality cotton and cashmere as material. After many experiments, a solution to technology difficulty-nep in spinning process had proposed. It can guarantee the blend yam producing process successfully and quality steadily.
