摘　　要：为适应工程监理企业向项目管理、工程咨询与技术服务领域发展的需要,根据工程监理与咨询服务的特点,用特殊的矩阵模型来描述工程监理、咨询与服务中各因素间的相互关系和内在联系,提出一种全面反映工程监理、咨询与服务内容和价格基本关系的菜单式计价体系。To fit in with the needs of engineering supervision enterprise convert to the fields of object management, engineering consulting and technical service, according to the character of engineering supervise, consult and service, this paper expresses internal and mutual relations of those factors by using a special matrix model, and advances a new menu-style valuation reflecting basic price relations of engineering supervision, consulting and service.
