针织弹力灯芯绒浸染新工艺探讨

摘　　要：本文探讨了M型活性染料浸染针织弹力灯芯绒新工艺,讨论了温度、纯碱用量、氯化钠浓度、浴比等因素对灯芯绒染色的影响。应用结果表明,成品的色泽均一性、色牢度和染色的匀染性、重现性均较好;浸染新工艺操作简单,工厂易于生产。This paper studies the new technique of dip dyeing the knitted elastic corduroy with M reactive dye and discusses the effects of temperature, quantity of soda ash, concentration of salt and liquor ration on cor-duroy dyeing. The result of its application showes that the technique secures the union colour and colour fastness of products, and uniform dyeing and reproducibility. The process involving the said technique is simple and easy for production.
