摘　　要：提出了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器的解析电力系统远动规约(CDT)的方法,同时利用 OPC 技术进行数据发布,实际应用结果表明,该方法可靠稳定,为企业监控主系统集成所属变电站系统信息提供了一种思路和方法。The method of analysing the power system CDT protocal based on PLC is presented and described in detail, at the same time, Issuing data is made by using the technology of OPC. The result of practical application shows this system is reliable to work steadily, and it provides a thinking and method for integrating information of substation into the main monitoring and control system of enterprise.
