摘 要:按照新制度经济学的思维逻辑,制度是一种稀缺性教育资源,大学组织制度蕴含着经济理性特征,大学组织的制度效率是大学竞争力生成的重要驱动力,大学组织的制度框架同大学竞争力有密切关系。每一所大学不同的制度安排将会产生较大的竞争力差别。大学治理理念与文化特质铺垫的潜在制度、各种法律规章构成的显性制度、大学制度安排的有效性等,决定了竞争优势的强弱;而大学组织持续的制度创新,则是长期竞争发展的关键,是超前发展的内动力;科学、有效的制度创新,是提高大学竞争力的本质所在。所以,大学组织制度直接影响大学竞争实力的提升。According to the thinking logic of the new system economics, system is a kind of rare educational resource; university organizational system contains economic rational characteristics; the systematic efficiency of university organization is the important drive for the university's competitiveness; the systematic framework of university organization is closely related to university competitiveness. Different system arrangement of each university will make big difference in competitiveness. University managing concepts, the latent system foreshadowed by cultural trait, the dominant system constituted by all kinds of law and rules, and the effectiveness of university system arrangement decide the strength and weakness of competitive advantages. However, the continuous systematic innovation of university organization is the key to the long-term competitive development, which is the inner motive of advanced development. Scientific and effective systematic innovation is the essence to improve the competitiveness of university. Therefore, university organizational system directly affects the upgrading of university competitiveness.
