摘　　要：本文介绍了基于单片机控制的数字变量轴向柱塞泵的结构组成、工作原理,并理论推导了数字泵的输出流量与输入脉冲信号呈线性关系。在此基础上,对数字变量泵的单片机控制系统进行硬件设计和软件设计。通过控制步进电机的运动,来实现对柱塞泵流量的精确控制。体现出数字泵的控制精度高、污染小和抗干扰性强等优点。SCM as control core applied in the variable axial piston pump is introduced briefly in the paper,including structure and work principle.It deducels a direct ratio relation between output of the digital pump and impulse signal of SCM in theory,on the basis of which,hardware and software of the system are designed. Through controlling the step motor moving,the accurate control of the piston pump is obtained. What＇s more,the virtues of digital pump such as high precision controlling and little pollution and better anti-jamming and so on are achieved.
