口腔门诊病人交叉感染防护意识的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查口腔门诊病人对交叉感染的防护意识,加强对其防护知识的教育,监督医护人员的防护行为,降低口腔门诊病人交叉感染。方法采用自设问卷调查口腔门诊病人对医护人员常规戴手套、口罩、护眼罩等的认知情况。结果96.72%的病人认为口腔门诊医护人员应该常规戴手套,86.07%的病人认为应该常规戴口罩,49.18%的病人认为应该常规戴护眼罩,93.44%的病人认为牙科手机应该高压消毒并且保证"一人一机"。结论口腔门诊病人交叉感染自我防护意识较好,但仍有部分病人对交叉感染的危险性认识不足,应加强口腔门诊病人自我防护意识的教育。objective To investigate patients＇ awareness of prevention against cross - infection in stomatology department,in order to provide corresponding preventive education to facilitate them to supervise the precaution behaviors of medical staff and reduce the cross - infection. Method A self - designed questionnaire was used to investigate patients＇ attitude to the use of gloves,face mask and eye - mask by medical staff in stomatology department. Results 96.72% , 86.07% and 49.18% of the patients thought that medical staff in stomatology department should routinely wear gloves, face masks and eye - masks respectively. 93.44% of them thought that the dental appliance should be disinfected and used for one person. Conclusion Generally, the patients＇ awareness of self- protect against cross - infection in stomatology department was high. However, some patients showed deficiency to the risks of cross - infection. It is suggested to strengthen protective education for the patients.
