摘　　要：目的探讨现代化口腔医院消毒供应中心的运作和管理。方法分析现代化消毒供应中心的有效运作和管理模式,结合专科医院特点,对口腔医院消毒供应中心进行标准化建设和科学化管理。结果规范的建筑、合理的布局、先进的设备、符合要求的工作流程及质量标准、先进的管理理念,使口腔医院消毒供应中心充分发挥专业效能,有效地为临床服务,确保无菌物品质量。结论通过对现代化口腔医院消毒供应中心运作和管理模式的探讨,有利于将口腔医院消毒供应中心的建设和管理纳入科学化轨道,有利于提高医疗护理质量及专科医院感染控制水平,促进消毒供应中心的发展和人才的培养。Objective To explore the operation and management of the modern central sterile supply department in stomatology hospital. Methods Analyzing the effective operation and management pattern of the modern central sterile supply department,integratlng the characteristics of the stomatology hospital to build and manage the central sterile supply department scientifically. Results The central sterile supply department can fully exert the specialty and professional efficiency,serve for clinical departments effectively and ensure the quality of the antiseptic materials by standardized buildings, reasonable distrlbution,advanced equipments,qualified work flows,standardized quality standards,and advanced management concepts. Conclusions The practice was helpful to bring the construction and management of the central sterile supply department into the scientific track ,improve the quality of the medical service as well as the level of infection control ,improve the development of professional central sterile supply department and the training of professional talents.
