摘  要:目的为发热病人创造快捷、方便、安全的就医环境。方法发热病人可不必挂号直接就诊;优先采取降温措施;根据发热程度采取选择性降温措施;进行发热相关知识的健康教育;采取严格的消毒防护措施,使病人能够安全、放心就诊。结果2006年上半年发热门诊就诊人数比2005年同期上升了73.14%,病人满意度上升,发热知识知晓率由原来的23.33%上升到65 83%,排查传染性疾病564例。结论在非特殊时期,科学、灵活的管理方法是提高发热门诊工作效率和质量的根本保障。Objective To provide fast,convenlent and safe medical environment for fever patients. Method The fever patients can get medical consuhation before registration, can receive physical measures to reduce body temperature according to degree of fever, can receive health education during measuring body temperature. At the same time,we carried out strict disinfection and protective rules to make the patients feel safe in hospital. Result As a result ,the number of patients increased by 73.14% in year 2006 compared with year 2005. Moreover,patients' satisfaction was increased,their mastery rate of knowledge related to fever was increased from 23.33% to 65.83 %. 564 cases of infectious diseases were screened out. Conclusion Scientific and flexible management is the key point to improve the efficiency and quality of nursing in fever clinic during normal period.
