摘 要:目的通过对脑性瘫痪患儿家长实施有计划的个体化健康教育,充分发挥其在脑性瘫痪患儿康复训练治疗过程中的积极作用,提高患儿的康复率。方法将96例脑性瘫痪患儿随机分为观察组47例和对照组49例。对观察组按康复训练健康教育计划进行个体化健康教育;对照组接受随机健康教育。结果观察组家长对脑性瘫痪患儿康复训练认识、参与性及康复训练有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对脑性瘫痪患儿家长实施个体化健康教育,有助于发挥家长在脑性瘫痪患儿康复训练治疗中的作用,提高患儿的康复疗效,减轻其家庭的经济负担。Objective To practice individualized health education for parents of cerebral palsy children, to make the parents play an active role during the rehabilitative treatment,and to raise the rate of recovery. Methods 96 children with cerebral palsy were randomized divided into two groups. The parents in the control group ( n = 49) received routine health education, while those in experiment group ( n = 47 ) received individualized health education accord- ing to the rehabilitation plan. Results In the experiment group, parents' recognition and participation in the rehabilitation treatment, and the rate of recovery were higher than those of control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Individualized health education for parents is proved to be helpful to make full use of parents function during the rehabilitation treatment, improve the treatment outcomes and reduce economic burden of the family.
